Cheating experience with Farescan

I reached out to customer service several times and did not get any updates from the customer service, they kept on saying they are waiting for refund from airline company. Even when it has been 2 years since the booking.

I cancelled the Flight which I booked from Farescan. At the time of cancellation, the customer service agent confirm the refund amount but i never received the refund amount. The customer service agent keep telling that they did not received any refund so they cannot honor the commitment. Complete Fraudsters.

I loss one this my flight I call to Chances another flight JKf to Bogota you wanna Chaves me 385 dollar. I buy the same ticket el conford for 167.00 dollar. The policy you dont give my money back for this flight. But I make my vacation ready. Somebody talk me for you wet side I say not take nothing this wet is mmmm.

Refund request taking 18+ months

They have been processing my refund for the last 18 months. By booking through farescan you are not able to deal with the airline directly, so you must rely on farescan to negotiate on your behalf. They give me nothing but the run-around despite my request having been fully submitted (with supporting documentation requested by the airline 15 months ago) and despite my repeated inquiries

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs. They are banking on customers giving up.

It's a scam

They again did not call me back within 24 hours as they promised.

My return flight was cancelled due to COVID. Tried to get my partial refund back. Called their support a dozen times over the period of 10 months. Every time they told me the refund was on the way, or someone was gonna call me back. But it was all lies. It's the worst company. Stay away!!

Your affiliate company is ghosting its customers to avoid refund payments

Thank you to the "pissed consumer" website for partially resolving this issue. The airline policy is, unfortunately, to provide credit rather than a refund, which I find is an unfair way to make money off people who canceled due to the pandemic, since that trip is no longer relevant.

Customers are in no shape economically for leisure trips these days and this is one way of just keeping their money, but at least your website was able to force them to respond, so thanks again, guys :-)If any potential customers are reading this: Don't buy tickets from FareScan. Ever.

Hi, bought a ticket (E-ticket # :741805****) Tel-Aviv to Istanbul before the coronavirus outbreak and FareScan is not answering emails requesting a refund. I thought you needed to know how your affiliates are scamming their customers, and from my internet searches it appears I am not alone. Please look into this. Thank you and stay safe. Gali Cymerman
